Preventative, not reactive.

I started Botox in my twenties — not to change my face, but to stay ahead of the lines I knew would eventually settle in. Now at 36, I can honestly say it’s one of the best long-term decisions I’ve made for my skin.

I treat my glabella + forehead (typically 20 units each) just to soften movement — never erase it. The goal has always been the same: look like a more rested, refreshed version of myself.

When I paused during pregnancy at 31/32, I still didn’t have lines at rest — which I fully credit to years of preventative Botox beforehand.
