BESPOKE SUNGLASSES AT THE OPTICAL SHOP OF WESTPORT

This past weekend, I visited Margharet at the Optical Shop of Westport. This charming storefront has been in business for 25 years! Wow - that is no small feat. The best part? It's owner is the most vivacious, kind and passionate soul I have met in quite some time. Margharet's extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for optical wear, is apparent the moment you start speaking with her.

The Optical Shop's Made-to-Measure approach makes it so that every single pair of glasses - sunnies and prescription alike - are unique pieces of art with the highest quality and craftsmanship. The design possibilities are simply endless!

You can shop for adult prescription eyewear, as well as children and protective sportswear frames. Margharet's shop boasts sunnies of all price points, ranging from $225-$3,000.

Whether you're a local or you plan on making a trip to Fairfield County soon, this one-of-a-kind shop should be on your list!

'We deliver the highest quality in bespoke eyewear. I make sure to offer an exclusive selection with the option to personalize - so that everyone who shops here has a unique, custom piece.'

OTHER SUNNIES FROM THE SHOP

These sunnies have a flare for the dramatics with a retro cat-eye. They are created by an Australian designer and can be modified however one sees fit.

These sunnies are among the priciest in the shop, as they are crafted from buffalo horn. You can alter these frames and lenses to suit your liking.

These sunnies are 3D printed, and topped with a powder coating so they will never fade or chip. They are created by an Swiss designer and are 100% customizable.
