This two-in-one water-resistant mascara and primer formulation is rich in Mineral Pigments for high color payoff, while Peptides and Panthenol strengthen and condition lashes. Green Tea, Vitamin E, Biotin, Soft Flex Polymers, and Herbal Extracts are other holistic ingredients that aid in the fortification process. The best part, it's gluten, oil and fragrance free - making it perfect for sensitive eyes - but I mean, would you expect anything less from an ophthalmologist developed brand? I think not.
